Betr is Getting Ready to Launch in Indiana

Betr is planning to launch in Indiana via a partnership with Caesars Southern Indiana, a Caesars Entertainment casino resort managed by EBCI Holdings, a company owned by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

Once available in Indiana, the micro-betting firm will be able to provide local users with real-money wagering options.

Betr, a new startup by Joey Levy and Jake Paul, aims to give Indiana residents with numerous betting alternatives. Punters in Indiana will be able to wager on a variety of in-game plays and occurrences.

As a micro-betting app, Betr enables users to wager on in-game occurrences such as the number of touchdowns in football games.

The transaction is pending regulatory approval from Indiana’s regulators. As stated by Betr, the arrangement will be based on equity. It will also be part of a larger arrangement between the micro-betting operator and EBCI Holdings.

Depending on how the transaction develops, the tribally-owned organization may also aid Betr’s expansion into other states.

Joey Levi Thanked EBCI for Its Trust

Betr’s creator and CEO, Joey Levi, discussed the platform’s Indiana deal. He added that market access is one of the most expensive aspects of running regulated sports betting operations in the United States.

Therefore, according to Levi, Betr has sought dependable partners that share its mission and are willing to accept ownership in lieu of cash.

According to Levi’s announcement, the relationship is virtually completely equity-based. It would also make EBCI one of Betr’s largest shareholders to date, paving the way for future prospects, he noted. The relationship also highlights our strategy of pursuing market entry across the United States in a deliberate, controlled manner, with partners who believe in Betr and want to share in the value we are jointly producing. Levi continued by expressing appreciation for EBCI and Caesars Southern Indiana’s confidence in Betr’s business.

The general manager of Caesars Southern Indiana, Brad Seigel, also offered his concerns. He commended Betr’s innovative approach to revitalizing the sports betting industry. Siegel is confident that the micro-betting startup is well-positioned for future growth and will appeal to Indiana bettors.

In other news, Betr’s launch in Ohio is imminent. In preparation for this launch, the operator has recently partnered with US Integrity, a top sports betting monitoring firm.
