Wynn Will Increase Encore Boston Harbor Facilities
Wynn Resorts plans to construct two hotels with ballrooms, three parking garages for cars, dining and entertainment facilities, a poker room, and a sportsbook on the land located across Broadway from its Encore Boston Harbor casino.
Currently, cars are parked in the area in question. However, if Wynn’s plans are approved by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, things may soon change.
Currently, the gambling operator has obtained planning board approval for the first phase of the project in Everett. Today, the city council is also expected to vote on the zoning amendment and whether or not to permit the construction of new gambling facilities.
