Eyas Gaming boosts player protection via Crucial Compliance deal

Eyas Gaming has become the newest partner of Crucial Compliance, a B2B company that caters gaming compliance and protection services to various gaming operators.

Eyas Gaming – Crucial Compliance Pact

About the Deal

Following its successful UK market debut just recently, Eyas Gaming detailed in a press release on Wednesday, November 3, that it’s teaming up with Crucial Compliance to create a safe and healthy gaming environment for its players.

Eyas operates a popular online casino brand Merkur Slots, which has seen its customer base growing in number at a rapid pace.

The operator wants to ensure their customers will stay protected from any harm by leveraging the cutting-edge tool that Crucial Compliance offers.

Harm Mitigation by Crucial Compliance

As stated in the deal, Eyas Gaming will be using Crucial Compliance’s ‘Crucial Player Protection’ system or CPP which is an easy-to-use, scalable solution for Compliance and business management. The said tool combines player behavior automation and modeling to give operators a better picture of the entire gaming ecosystem and help identify the players at risk.

Crucial Compliance has already prepared a customized CCP that suits Eyas’ operations of its Merkur business. This CPP utilizes 19 harm markers, algorithms, and machine learning to deliver the right set of information and models based on individual player behavior, according to product, country, vertical, and channel.

With the CPP, Eyas Gaming gains the means to compare not only player behavior using a bigger sample size but also against individual benchmarked behavior over time.

The solution also has an AML tool, which adds another layer of protection for both the operator and its customers.
