The Denver Broncos signed their second sports betting partnership recently with gaming giant MGM’s BetMGM offering. The Broncos became the first NFL team in history that partnered with a sports betting company last month.

An exciting new partnership

BetMGM is an online casino and sports betting platform by MGM Resorts. The new agreement will make BetMGM the official sports betting partner of the Broncos. The sportsbook will also provide a plethora of fan experiences which include the BetMGM Lounge at Empower Field at Mile High. It will also provide VIP travel packages and provide some benefits of M life Rewards, MGM Resorts.

BetMGM is a joint venture between British gaming giant GVC Holdings and MGM Resorts. The sportsbook is already running in West Virginia, New Jersey, Nevada, and Indiana alongside Colorado, the home state of Broncos.

A second deal for Broncos

The deal comes after a June announcement that it is teaming up with FanDuel. The online gaming giant will become the official sports betting as well as daily fantasy sports partner of the NFL. The league had announced in February that teams can now start entering into partnerships with US-licensed sports betting companies.

Colorado’s betting launch was a little unfortunate as its regulated sports betting market launched on May 1. However, at the time, sports betting was completely non-existent at the time because of the coronavirus pandemic. The state already has 40 casinos, even though most are actually smaller gaming parlors located in Central City/Black Hawk and Cripple Creek. The only good news here was that sports betting in the state are online because of which people can now start betting on different sporting returns with their return.

Colorado is the 21^st most populous state in the US but is well known for its obsession with sports. As many as 20 sports wagering companies are currently trying to invest in the emerging market.
