The Canada based company announced on Tuesday that it earned one of the key certifications that are necessary for its expansion in the state of Colorado. Which certification did it need? The app and player account management received a GLI-33 certification from Gaming Laboratories International. This is one of the key certifications required for any app to launch officially in the state of Colorado. The company is hoping to roll out its app in the state this summer after it has been approved by the Colorado Division of Gaming. Photos taken at Las Vegas. The app signed a 10-year agreement with a subsidiary of Jacobs Entertainment in January. Two months later, it received a temporary license from the authorities. TheScore originally delivered content to mobile consumers. However, it entered a partnership with Bet. Works a platform developer to design their sports betting offers. It has already received approval to take wagers in New Jersey. It is running one skin in Monmouth Park. Last November, it also released FUSE, a service that integrates the sportsbook app with the sports media app. This also allows consumers to view the odds and make bets directly on the content site. They will be taken to the betting app with just one click where they can easily submit their wagers. Indiana app certifications completed The company has received a GLI-33 license for the state of Indiana as well. John Levy, the founder, and CEO of theScore said in a statement, “This approval is a significant milestone and reflects the hard work of our engineering and product team who have been working tirelessly to ready theScore Bet for launch in Indiana as part of our multi-state expansion.” The app will be operating as a skin for Penn National Gaming in Indiana. The offering is expected to launch this summer. However, the launch date depends on the approval of the Indiana Gaming Commission. It received a temporary license for the app in May this year. Apart from expanding its presence, the company has been busy partnering with various professional sporting organizations.
