Southland Casino Racing, located in, Arkansas has offered $2000 as a signing bonus in order to fill up certain job openings. Employment interviews were to take place until September 2, 2021 but on-site interviews that are conducted at the resort in Kennel Club on Thursdays between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm have been extended until November 11, 2021according to Southand’s website.

Apart from the bonus, certain non-tipped employees are being offered $15 per hour with spot offers being offered for certain qualified candidates. Oaklawn Casino Racing Resort, one of the three commercial racing resorts in the state of Arkansas also went on a hiring spree in keeping with its $100 million expansion that includes an 8-story, 198-room hotel with a few rooms overlooking the track in Hot Springs, Arkansas, an hour west of Little Rock, the capital of the state of Arkansas.

Southland Casino is located across the Mississippi River from the larger metropolitan area of Memphis, Tennessee. Expansion of Southland Casino

As Southland Casino extends the hiring period, Southland Casino is expanding its properties to add a 20-story, 300-room hotel and will house a gaming complex that is expected to be completed in 2022 and the greyhound track is expected to end its operations sometime at the end of 2022 and Iowa and West Virginia will be the only two states in the United States with legal dog racing. In case the dog track located in the state of Iowa closes in 2022 West Virginia will be the only state with legal dog racing.
