High 5 Games announced on Thursday, November 4, that it has fully complied with all the new regulations – including remote gambling and software technical standards – set upon by the UK Gambling Commission. 

High 5 Games Now Fully Compliant

The online casino supplier said its compliance team has already made the necessary adjustment to satisfy the requirements requested by the UK’s gambling regulator. 

For H5G and other suppliers to stay fully compliant, they must follow the new set of regulations by UKGC, which centers around displaying transactions, auto-play functionality, time requirements, reality checks, and responsible product design. The new set of rules took effect on October 31, 2021. 

The company has already confirmed the receipt of a signed internal compliance letter, which will validate that its UK library followed all the new regulations,, Moreover, it has also received written confirmation from Gaming Laboratories International declaring its entire slot library is compliant.

Strategic Deals

At the turn of the month, High 5 Games reported another milestone as it teams up with casino affiliate Online Casino Ground. The company claimed the deal is a testament to its commitment to the newly regulated Dutch Market.

As part of the agreement, the casino affiliate will be using its Netherland-exclusive affiliate portal OnlineCasinoGround.nl to introduce a catalog of H5G free-to-play slots to Dutch customers. 

The slot supplier also released its latest slot titled Cat to the Future. This newest H5G slot draws some pop culture references from the 80s movie, Back to the Future.
