Nsoft selects Optimove as their CRM marketing solution partner

Nsoft, of betting and gaming software provider, has announced a collaboration with Optimove to increase user lifetime value, increase retention rates, and massively scale multichannel customization.

Nsoft will roll out Optimove’s CRM marketing technology across its 50-strong operator portfolio as part of the collaboration to create meaningful, quantifiable customer journeys and data-driven decisions.

NSoft expedited the integration of Optimove with Balkan Bet, a long-standing client of the company that is employing the organization’s AI-mapped CRM journeys to consumers across channels. As a result, the sports betting and online casino operator is attempting to maximize users’ lifetime value by micro-segmenting its audience and ensuring that each player receives a personalized message across all channels.
