Lucky Games has completed its buyout of London-based video slots developer ReelNRG, securing another milestone for the online casino content provider in enhancing its position in the global igaming market.

The transaction, which was finalized after the completion of due diligence in accordance with the initial announcement made the previous month, consisted of 2.5 million newly issued shares, each of which was issued at a price of SEK3.30.
