Extending a Successful Partnership

Inspired Entertainment and Betfred, the biggest privately-owned retail sports betting provider in the world, have announced a long-term renewal of their Virtual Sports agreement.

Inspired, a company listed on the Nasdaq, has provided virtual horse races, dog races, and bingo games for more than 15 years to a bookmaker with over 50 years of expertise in the sports betting sector and more than 1,400 retail locations. 

Steve Rodgers, chief commercial officer for Virtual Sports at Inspired, praised the “proven and successful relationship” between Inspired and Betfred. He noted that the UK-based bookmaker was among the first to expand its content via multiple concurrent channels and witnessed firsthand the player engagement success of this strategy during the pre- and post-pandemic lockdown periods. 

Available via more than 32,000 retail outlets and more than 100 websites in 35 countries, Inspired Virtual Sports have shown their appeal to a vast array of players globally. Stebbing highlighted the joy of continuing to deliver Inspired “best-in-class content” to Betfred consumers while highlighting Inspired “continuous innovation” in Virtual Sports and the impact of its efforts.
