Genius Sports has extended its live-streaming collaboration with Tipsport, a Czech sports betting brand. Through this development, the latter will access Genius Sports’ LiveTrading, PreMatch, Streaming, and LiveTrading options for tens of thousands of annual events.

Partnership Dates Back From 2016

Tipsport and Genius Sports started collaborating in 2016, as recognized by Genius Sports’ chief customer officer, Jack Davison. Since then, he said, both companies have collaborated closely, and Genius Sports has provided Tipsport with an expanding array of betting goods.

Davison finished by stating that Genius Sports is thrilled to play such an important part in powering Tipsport’s premier sportsbook. In addition to LiveTrading, PreMatch, Streaming, and LiveTrading, Genius Sports promised to provide low-latency feeds and expand Tipsport’s betting markets.

Genius Sports will provide real-time streams and prices for NCAA Basketball, NFL, Euroleague, and EPL, among other games.

Tipsport will have access to the real-time statistics and sports betting data stream provided by Next Gen Stats. Live feeds of top-tier soccer leagues in Iceland, China, Argentina, and Colombia will ultimately improve the live betting experience for Tipsport customers.

Also featured will be FIBA basketball and FIVB volleyball contests. Tipsport’s director of data and streaming, Petr Komarek, commented on the contract renewal. He noted that innovation is ingrained in Tipsport’s DNA, which is why the business is thrilled to extend its cooperation with Genius Sports.

He noted that there is a “strong link” between both sides, which is why everyone at Tipsport is delighted to have the necessary tools to expand the interaction with bettors. Komarek concluded by stating that Tipsports looks forward to collaborating with Genius Sports on innovative and exciting ideas.

Genius Sports Targets Influence Expansion

The company’s Q1 data substantiates the idea that 2022 has been fairly successful for Genius Sports so far. Genius Sports generated about $86 million in sales during the first quarter of 2022, an increase of approximately 60 percent compared to the first quarter of 2021.

Additionally, the adjusted negative EBITDA for the first quarter of 2021 was $2.9 million. This is an increase over the first quarter of 2022, when EBITDA was positive and reached $9.3 million. Genius Sports has recently teamed with the intelligence company Clue to tackle corruption and match-fixing. This agreement will result in the development of a new system that will aid official investigations and encompass over 150 leagues, including the PGA Tour, NFL, BWF, EPL, and DFB, among others.
