The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC), the state’s gambling regulator, announced that six operators had been granted preliminary approval for an untethered Category 3 license for online/mobile sports betting in the state.

Securing Betting Licenses to the Market

Following the most recent meeting of the MGC, a unanimous vote granted Bally Bet, DraftKings, FanDuel, Betway, and PointsBet each a provisional untethered Category 3 sports betting operator license.
