Odds On Compliance has announced the appointment of a “distinguished collection of specialists” to its newly formed advisory board, which will advise the firm’s senior leadership team.

The technology and consulting firm announced Tom Auriemma, Michelle Chatigny, Robin Chhabra, and Sanjay Chopra as the founding group’s members.

Auriemma formerly served as chair of the compliance committees for MGM Resorts International, Penn National Gaming, and Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment after spending 28 years as a New Jersey casino regulator. He is joined by Chatigny, a 20-year IGT veteran who served as vice president of worldwide regulatory and product compliance before joining Wynn Resorts’ compliance committee.

Chhabra, president of Tekkorp Digital Acquisition, is the next executive. He previously served as CEO and special advisor to Fox Bet, chief corporate development officer of The Stars Group, and group director of strategy and corporate development at William Hill. Chopra joins the advisory board as co-founder and CEO of Cognistx, an artificial intelligence specialist with whom Odds On has previously established a collaboration.
