The tournament will allow players to qualify online, will comprise 42 tournaments, including a €5,000 and €2,000 high roller. The Irish Poker Open The main event will begin on Wednesday, April 13, with a €1,150 buy-in. Three consecutive days of starting flights will precede day two on Saturday, April 16, and day three on Sunday, April 17. The final table will take place on the festival’s final day. However, purchasing a ticket at the venue is not the only way for players to qualify for the main event; they can also earn their place by participating in free online satellites on partypoker, with ten guaranteed seats available through weekly Sunday finals. Daily controls on partypoker lead to the €4.40 phase one, followed by the €22 phase two, and finally the weekly Sunday final, which may also be bought into directly.
