IGT PLC informed investors that the technology company listed on the New York Stock Exchange has completed its purchase of online and mobile casino games supplier iSoftBet. The transaction is valued at €160 million and resulted in IGT gaining complete control of the developer.

Acquiring New Online Casino Game Developer

ISoftBet first declared its plan to purchase the firm in April 2022, in an effort to extend its in-house expertise in the development of hard-hitting online casino systems and games.
