PayNearMe Launches in Kansas

The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission permitted the provider to offer its acclaimed MoneyLine payment solution to operators.

This will allow gambling operators and B2B companies to utilize MoneyLine as soon as the state launches sports betting. On September 1, Kansas legalized sports betting, allowing a variety of operators to accept wagers from sports enthusiasts.

A week later, the state will also launch online sports betting. In addition, Kansas is the twentieth state where PayNearMe’s services are available.

Customers in the Sunflower State can now wager with some of the most reputable sportsbooks in North America. Notable examples include Butler National, Catena Media, and DraftKings, among others.

The approval of PayNearMe’s MoneyLine solutions will provide businesses with a greater degree of payment flexibility.

A Timely Approval

Michael Kaplan, chief revenue officer, and general manager of PayNearMe remarked that the upcoming days will be hectic due to the launch of sports betting and the approaching National Football League season.

This indicates that there will be a substantial flow of funds, as many fans will wager on their favorite teams. In light of this, Kaplan is excited to launch PayNearMe in the state and support local operators on the first day of sports betting in Kansas.

Kaplan stated that his team has worked diligently to ensure that its solutions are well-suited to assist operators in processing the massive volume of sports betting transactions.

Connor McNulty, chief operating officer and vice president of legal for PayNearMe, also shared his thoughts on the subject. PayNearMe has worked closely with the Kansas regulator to ensure that its payment solutions are compliant with the state’s statutory requirements, as he noted.

As more states launch their own sports betting and online gaming markets, he added that quick approval times are a top priority for the company. SaharaBets, one of the most recent operators to select PayNearMe’s MoneyLine as its preferred payment solution, recently signed a contract with the provider.
